Sessional Childcare Worker vacancy at GCM

GCM is seeking to appoint Sessional Childcare workers for our Child and Family Centre in Govan to join the team and help the charity in its aim of transforming the lives of those in need in Glasgow.

The Childcare worker will jointly be responsible for the effective provision of a safe and stimulating environment for all children attending the Child and Family centre

This is an exciting role that requires an enthusiastic individual who has a natural flair for working with young children and holds a recognised childcare qualification – HNC or SVQ level 11 and 111.

Applicants should have at least one year’s recent experience of working in a nursery, a Christian faith and a live church connection. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement in terms of the Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations 2003.
