Recovery starts with one step
Rehab Pathways
Our team supports people affected by alcohol and drug use to access treatment, sustain their recovery and rebuild their lives.
Whether you are looking for support yourself, helping someone you care about or making a referral, we can help you find the next step.
Personal support before, during and after rehabilitation.
People who once needed support are now using their experience, skills and understanding to encourage others beginning their own recovery journeys.
Through our work with rehabilitation providers, people can move from treatment into volunteering, training and employment. This progression demonstrates that recovery is not simply about leaving addiction behind—it is about building a meaningful future.
Sustainable recovery can mean:
- Improving health and wellbeing
- Finding greater stability
- Rebuilding important relationships
- Developing confidence and life skills
- Rediscovering purpose and direction
- Becoming part of a supportive community
How we can help
Alongside you throughout recovery.
Rehab Pathways supports people before, during and after residential rehabilitation. Our team provides continuity, encouragement and practical help throughout each stage.
Before treatment
Preparing for the next step
The time between deciding to seek help and entering treatment can feel uncertain and overwhelming. We help people stay engaged, overcome barriers and prepare for rehabilitation.
Support can include:
- One-to-one support and recovery groups
- Help with assessments and referrals
- Advocacy and practical assistance
- Help navigating treatment pathways
- Encouragement while waiting for treatment
During rehabilitation
Staying connected
Entering rehabilitation can be daunting. We maintain contact throughout treatment, offering continuity, encouragement and a trusted connection.
We work alongside people to:
- Remain engaged with treatment
- Recognise progress and work through setbacks
- Maintain important supportive relationships
- Begin preparing for life after rehabilitation
- Connect with rehabilitation providers
After treatment
Moving forward
Recovery continues long after someone leaves rehabilitation. Personalised aftercare, groups and community support help people protect their progress and build meaningful futures.
Moving forward can include:
- Sustaining recovery and improving wellbeing
- Rebuilding family and social relationships
- Finding stable housing and positive routines
- Accessing volunteering and community opportunities
- Exploring education, training and employment
There is no single route through recovery. We meet each person where they are and help them identify the next step that is right for them.
Women’s recovery support

We provide dedicated recovery support for women affected by alcohol and drug use, creating space to build trusted relationships, reduce isolation and move forward together.
Dedicated recovery groups
Women’s recovery groups provide regular opportunities to share experiences, receive encouragement and develop supportive peer connections.
Personal support
One-to-one support gives each woman space to explore her own circumstances, priorities and next steps.
Structured aftercare
Continued support after treatment helps women strengthen their recovery, develop positive routines and remain connected.
Working in partnership
Connected recovery support
Our women's groups are often delivered in partnership with other organisations, helping women access peer support, strengthen recovery networks and feel less isolated.
